So Life Agency: Meet The Dream Team

Hello World!

We are Chelsea and Brieonna of So Life Agency. Not only are we co-owners of So Life, we are also Co-Nannies, and work for the same nanny family, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. Collectively we have over twenty

(yes, 20!) years of experience in the childcare field, which equals lots of interviews with potential nanny families and agencies alike.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts of being poached from our current nanny family and multiple requests for referring out our nanny friends for jobs ranging from babysitting and newborn care to home organization, the time it took from start to finish began to add up. The nanny search process is extremely tedious, and since we were already putting in work to find the best of the best, we figured it made the most sense to monetize the process.

A few months later, thanks to a silent angel investor, So Life Agency was born! Since our inception, we have successfully placed a number of the very best nannies with some of the most amazing families all over the country.

In addition to placing full time and part time nannies, family assistants, and travel nannies, we also offer consultations for nanny contracts, mediate for interviews, and consult with families who have decided not to go the agency route!

Meet Brie

Brieonna Johnson has over 10 years of experience working as a nanny, travel nanny and newborn care specialist. She graduated from Spelman College and turned down all teaching offers to pursue nanny work full time. Since then she has worked with many families both domestically and internationally learning about a wide range of child rearing philosophies such as RIE, Waldorf and Steiner. Brie loves having such a valuable role of helping parents raise their children into compassionate, kind human beings.

Meet Chelsea

Chelsea Bailey has over ten years of childcare experience as a nanny, home manager and family assistant. She is different from other nannies because her educational background is not early childhood development focused. Her communications and business training has proven to be vital when working in a cohesive family setting. Having and keeping a schedule, effectively communicating with parents and other staff, as well as educating and encouraging independence from her charges are all highlights from her former employers during her tenure as their nanny. Affectionately known as Miss. Chelsea, she fully supports "kids being kids", and works tirelessly to maintain a home environment that encourages children to grow into responsible, empathetic, smart, kind, and productive members of society.
